PAGE TWENTY-EIGHT

PANEL ONE: MIKE is sitting in his puddle in the background while DAD stands with his back to us in the foreground. DAD is a big, broad bear of a man with red hair and a red beard; he is friendly and cuddly-looking. LUCAS points at MIKE and excitedly tells his Dad what happened.

NARR:
We kept playing and as soon as Dad came home, Lucas told on me.

LUCAS:
Dad! Dad! Mikey peed his pants like a baby!

PANEL TWO: MIKE is now standing up, wet pants in plain sight, as DAD looks down at them, as if studying them curiously.

NARR:
But Dad didn’t seem too bothered.

MIKE’S DAD:
Is that right? Wet again, huh, champ?

NARR:
And he looked at my pants…

PANEL THREE: MIKE’S DAD smiles and tousles MIKE’s hair.

NARR:
…and then gave me one of his big Dad smiles.

MIKE’S DAD:
All right then, go get changed and cleaned up for supper.

PANEL FOUR: MIKE walks away from DAD (who is watching him in the background, with LUCAS who is in the middle ground closer to MIKE)

NARR:
It was like he wasn’t bothered at all that I peed my pants! I mean, he knew I had problems but this was more than I had ever done. He was treating me like a kid who always had wet pants!

PANEL FIVE: MIKE is tenting out his wet pants with a big hard-on and LUCAS can see it from where he’s standing. LUCAS looks surprised, staring at the big bulge.

NARR
…and I liked it.
