PAGE FIVE

PANEL ONE: JARED and BRENT are standing beside MICHAEL, who is sitting up in bed, soaking wet in his puddle. Jared and Brent are both wearing wet diapers that are sagging a little.

NARR:
In the morning, the guys “discovered” that I had wet my bed.

JARED:
Oh hey, guys! Looks like Mikey wet his bed after all!

BRENT:
Just like us!

PANEL TWO: MICHAEL stands beside his bed, soaking wet, looking down and pretending to be surprised. JARED is calling to DEVON who is off-panel.

MICHAEL:
Wow…I don’t know how that happened!

JARED:
Hey Devon, come here!

PANEL THREE: DEVON arrives, looking down at MICHAEL’s wet shorts. MICHAEL is grinning sheepishly. In the background, JARED and BRENT are snickering quietly to themselves.

DEVON:
Whoa! Peed the bed, huh Mikey?

MICHAEL:
Yeah, I really soaked it, I guess.

PANEL FOUR: DEVON smiles and holds up a pair of diapers and diaper pins in one hand, and plastic pants in the other.

DEVON:
No problem. We’ve got lots of diapers and plastic pants!

PANEL FIVE: BEN shows up in his diapers and plastic pants, he is also wet and his diaper is drooping slightly. He holds out a hand for MICHAEL to shake.

BEN:
Welcome to the club, Mikey.
PANEL SIX: MICHAEL shakes BEN’s hand.

MICHAEL:
At least I know I’m not alone!

BEN:
That’s true!
